As you all know, LeakyCon is as expensive as all get out. But I’m graduating high school in 2012 and would love to finally go to a big Harry Potter convention as a last send-off to my childhood. Problem is, I’m poor and have to save up for college. If you would like to help me out, please buy something from my Skreened shop! I’m not looking for straight donations (yet), but who doesn’t love buying t-shirts? I’m going to be putting up more HP-inspired shirts in time for the holidays. With registration around $200-400, transportation around $400-600, and lodging around $400, I can’t see how I’m going to do this without outside help. My username is Hadleigh Charlene since the initials of my real first name are H.C. I’m trying to publish whatever I end up writing (and thoroughly editing) for my senior graduation project and then donating the proceeds to The Trevor Project. So far, my word count is fluctuating around 0 and my plot is a ridiculously simple ‘boys grow up together, boys fall in love with each other’. I am seriously terrified about the outcome of this month. My characters don’t even have names yet…

As I’m posting this, he’s just sitting there, staring around at the room, and I can’t help but think that he’s looking right at me. My desk is right in front of his and placed at a 90º angle, so I can just see him being weird in my peripheral vision. His behavior really can’t be considered normal - I truly worry he’s under the influence of some illegal substance. I just want to leave this room. But I can’t, so I’ll just ramble. Are the Glee music previews up yet? YouTube’s blocked at school. This study hall is so uncomfortable. I want out. Oh my stars, Boy Toy by the Hot Girls just came up on shuffle. This will lead to awkward dancing. Study hall is over in two minutes, thank the wizard Gods. This has been a pointless post.
